Write a Chapter

Yo!
It's Ryker here. Son of Raoul and Nyla, brother of Audrey, Lephos and Sidew. Also known as the best animal in The Bending Tower. But of course, everyone knows that. Haha.
ANYWAY, GreatShot told me to tell you about this page.
Here, you can write a chapter about anything TFEOB-related.
These won't be published though, so this is mostly for fun. And I'm all about fun.
But sadly, there are rules. Man, I hate rules.

1. No cussing in chapters!
2. Do not continue others' chapters without their permission.
3. Don't beg for the author to use your chapter!
4. Please do not make fun of others' chapters.
5. Don't steal anyone else's ideas.
6. Do not kill/exile others' characters without their permission.
7. These chapters can only be TFEOB-related!

Here's an example!

Giraffe opened her eyes. Her surroundings were not quite familiar. In fact, she seemed nowhere near home. Where am I? she thought, looking around.
Suddenly, someone tackled her.

I give permission for anyone to continue this chapter
I give permission for GreatShot to use any of my ideas in my chapters.

If someone doesn't say "I give permission for anyone to continue this chapter", then you may NOT continue it! If you are continuing someone's chapter, please continue by hitting "reply" to their comment. That way people don't get confused.

And if someone says "I give permission for GreatShot to use any of my ideas in my chapters", then that means if the author likes what you write, they're allowed to use it in the story.

Okay, thank Lifebreeze that's over with! Now I'm going to go find Sirius so we can go kill some prey. That's always a fun time.

  1. Ooh! Is this new for this blog. Gee... reading some stories here might just add some TFEOB information for me!

Say... Is this blog... less "popular" than the first series or is it just me?
Maybe it needs some time, you think?

  2. Here's a chapter for you:

As the world began to crash around them, Mistake and her measly pals begin to loose all hope. They are weak, frail and clinging to their last hope that a savior will find them and save them. As night falls upon these weaklings a light glistens in the distance. Mistake weakly alerts the others and they give a feeble smile as a powerful savior approaches. A handsome, gallant meerkat arrives on the scene. "Fear not weak ones! For it is I, the great and powerful Tiggerpaka, here to save the day!" Tears rolled down the cheeks of the wimpy ones in gratitude that their savior had arrived to rescue them.

publish that Great Snot and you will surely double this blog's popularity!!

    2. Isn't that exaggerating?
      Oh, and...

"3. Don't beg for the author to use your chapter!"
      So says the rules.

You're begging GS to publish it by using bribery.

  3. Remember Destiny's unclear history? I decided to clear it up a bit here.

    Chapter 1

"Where's brother?" Destiny asked, barging into the den.
Her father looked up and stared with her with his deep-ultramarine eyes. "He's no more."
"You killed him?" a furious growl was heard from the young black wolf.
Her father growled, "Exiled him from us wolves. He have no honour to carry our name."
        "What did he do?"
Her father prodded towards a bunch of items at the corner of Destiny's brother's territory. "This. He stole these bunnies from those who owned them, he injured the elder heavily and he  killed one wolf by drowning him," snarled her father. "Is that not unworthy enough?"
Destiny's eyes watered. "Why would he do that?" she pleaded.
"It is a mystery," said her father.
Destiny yelled, "Isn't that suspicious? For my brother? He play with me! He train me!"
"Wolves can change," hissed her father.
Destiny barked back, "Then I'm going to change! To honour my brother!" She ran outside the den, holding back dripping tears.
"Then, you have no idea what honour is," said her father muttered under his breath.

I do not allow anyone to continue it, but GreatShot can use some ideas here. (She will not reveal her history this complete, okay?)

    1. Chapter 2

A year passed since her brother was gone. Destiny ran past pine trees. She raced home as she heard a distinguished howl of help from her father. Then, she stopped in her tracks. "B-brother!" she stuttured. A faint grin appeared on her face.
A grey wolf turned it's head to Destiny. "Hello, sister," said the wolf without warmth in his voice. He swished his rather black tail and kept stomping his dark grey paw with sharp claws onto a heap of furry things.
"Brother!" Destiny cried. She moved forwards to embrace him with a hug, but stopped in her tracks seeing the heap. "What are those things...?"
"Who do you think sent me away?"
          Destiny was puzzled. "Father?"
          "Why?"
"You stole and killed, right? Right, Wisp? Is that true?" Destiny slowly moved closer to the grey wolf.
Wisp's eyes twinkled devilishly. "You think? I came for revenge. A year of suffering. At least I killed them quick," scoffed Wisp.
He moved closer to Destiny. The black wolf slowly backed away. "Wisp! What are you doing! Your mind's gone insane!" she yelled.
"You're next. Why weren't you there to defend me?" growled Wisp.
"I can't protect the guilty to be innocent!"
"Bah!" Wisp prodded closer to Destiny. "I can make this quick, sister."
"You're no brother! You're a monster!" Destiny growled, her onyx eyes twinkled with fierce determination. "You think you can stop me so easily?"
Wisp just laughed. "You're just a little sister under my wing."
Destiny lunged at her brother. "I am not!"
Wisp was caught by surprise but he just shook Destiny away. "I taught you everything."
"You...!" growled Destiny. She looked nearby. There was a pond. She concentrated onto moving the water. She leaped, then crashed down onto her brother. Her brother easily threw her off.
          "That's not going to-"
Water crashed onto the grey wolf. Wips coughed and was drenched in water. "I know you aren't able to take this up," said Destiny. She dug her claws into her brother's sides. "I-I'm sorry..."
Wisp wasn't done yet. "I knew you were the coward," he taunted and crashed both front paws onto the ground. Water shot up from underneath Destiny. The sudden geyser pulled Destiny off her dark grey paws. "You were never better than me."
Destiny concentrated on moving the water. "Maybe because you don't know me enough," smirked Destiny. She changed the course of water, sending a beam of water crashing on Wisp's face. That weakened him, but he managed to stop the water.
"You think I don't know you, Willow?" asked her brother, gasping in tiredness.
Willow/Destiny raced and lunged her brother, but she was once again thrown off. She body limped beside a tree. She urged herself to get up, but she have little strength left.
"I told you you're nothing to my strength," said Wisp, looming over his sister.
Willow/Destiny (okay, let's just call her Willow in the meanwhile because it was her name back then) whispered, "I was a fool to ever trust you."
"Good-bye, sister," said Wisp, smirking. He closed in for the kill.
"You were a fool to ever believe in me."
Destiny pinned Wisp down on the ground. "You were wrong to ever underestimate your sister," she hissed.
          "W-Willow!" gasped Wisp, shocked. "Why?"
Destiny growled, "I'm not a Willow anymore. I'm my own destiny."
With that, she struck her brother.

I do not allow anyone to continue it, but GreatShot may use some ideas.

    2. Chapter 3

A lifeless body laid on the ground. "This world..." Willow howled up to the willow tree she was born beside.
"The world is no fantasy," she whispered. "Eventually, the world takes away who you love." She stood up and stared at the dead bodies. "It's time I go. Destiny calls."
Calling herself Destiny, she leapt away from the wolf-dens around the willow tree. Sooner or later, everyone she knew was going to hate her anyway. It was as well as starting a new life...

                  with a new destiny.

I do not allow anyone to continue it (it's finished), but GreatShot (GS, can I call you that?) may use some ideas in the story, including speeches characters above use.

P.S. What do you think of my story?

  4. She ran out of her village. One scene playing over and over in her head. Her mother Wind fur screaming "Run Glory... run!"
She did just that as the leader of the newly founded village was dragged into a dark portal. The portal those retched shadow fire creatures came from. Glory thought back trying to take her mind off of the stones cutting her paws and the tears in her eyes.
Wind fur looked out the window. "Glory?"
    "Yes ma!"
"Um what was the prophecy in the Alpha ruins when I was with Ash?"
"The moon is full. An animal lurks. The animal, pure evil himself, is out to strike. The fallen fire will rise and defeat the evil." Recited Glory after hearing the story many times (she always liked the part where her mom was a little cray cray but she and her mom being leaders [well not her] acted calm and collected in public but showed their true colors with friends) "I never thought it could happen so fast"
"what do you mean?" Go to the bending tow-"
They were cut off when the wall exploded. Wind fur thrown and then dragged across the floor to the portal. screaming those last words to her only pup.
Glory ran past an oak tree. Suddenly she felt a presence. Inside her?
"I am Oak. I am the strength of the hunt" it said to her just as it finished she passed a birch tree it soul inhabited her as the Oaks did.
"I am Birch I am the forest."
The next weeks were spent speaking with Oak and Birch. Hunting and gathering. She no longer acted calm she was Glory. Shy,smart, funny, quick tempered Glory. She was free. She would save her family and friends.
That was until she was sitting alone in a clearing when Oak said "Two wolves approaching."
"They need food and they're lost" said the sing song voice of Birch
    "The smaller one is approaching."
    "She pounced!' said yelled Birch.
Glory spun around and yelped " "Hey! Get away! I never did anything to you! I'm actually really cool and awesome! Please let me go!"
That is when her destiny came.

    Unicorn note
Grammars probably off. So yeah that's what happened to Glory.
The Birch and Oak bit came from reading WondLa :/ derp.

    5. Part two of mah Glory story ( lol I thought that was funny)
      Part two of Glory's story
during the week of wandering Glory thought of two thoughts: Is ma alive and I hope Eduardo is ok. Eduardo was Glory's best friend they were both foxes and both parents were leaders of the village. Glory's mom Windfur founded the tiny villages and Eduardo's mom was the deputy. They both acted refined in front of all the villagers but when they were alone they were the craziest and most mischievous young in the village. But only they knew that. Birch then intruded into her thoughts.
      "He's okay."
"What?" Replied Glory How do you know that?"
"Oh I just went though your memories."
      "Hey those are my memories."
      "well anyway, He's alive."
      "How?"
      "Just remember."
That is what she did. Glory re-winded the memories that she hated and saw Eduardo and a few other animals escape.
"I need to go back and save him!"
Oak spoke " you can't the shadow trackers are all over the forest"
      " how do you know?"
"Don't question me! Glory I just know"
      "A-Okay"
Glory and her two friends walked deeper into the forest and closer to her fate

  5. I really enjoyed the other time I wrote about Destiny, so I decided to write more about her. Her emotions and characteristics were fun to wrestle with. I had a pleasure writing about it. So, I decided to write her adventures as a loner. Just the fun ones. I warn you, they won't be in order!

    --

Just a week after the death, Destiny stood on a cliff, looking downwards of the Wolf Village she had lived in. It wasn't even a village. It was more like a Wolf Cave. From above, all Destiny saw was a huge cave. A willow stood outside, standing strong and firm, not flinching.
The sun beat down on her black and grey fur. The other wolves are mostly asleep by now. Destiny made way down to the willow. She had something near the roots. She remembered.
With her extended claws, she dug by the willow tree as she brushed her tail against the tree. It was probably the only thing she could trust. A tree. It will never speak back, against or tell anyone what she said or did.
She struck something furry. In anger, she looked down, only for her expression to be drowned by shock. Her brother's dead body. "Why is he here?" she growled up at the tree. "This fool to stole my parents life, drove me to being a loner and a crazy fool to kill him."
The tree stared back. She pushed the dead body away. A chest laid there. Destiny picked it up slowly and opened it. It was a necklace. She remembered her brother it giving to her...

You guessed. Incoming flashback. Going to continue it later.

Nobody continue it, please! GS may take up some ideas, though.

    1. -Flashback-
"Brother, catch me!" she cried, the black wolf jumped from a willow tree. The willow tree. Her brother caught her in his welcoming paws.
Wisp hugged her. Willow hugged her back. "Sister, if you ever need to change your course of destiny," started Wisp, "there is a way."
"What is it?" whispered Willow, knowing their parents hate the fact their cubs know destiny so well.
Wisp extended his paws towards Willow. "Here. It's a destiny charm," said Wisp. A beautiful teardrop-shaped dark purple gem hung from a string.
"Where did you get it?" asked Willow, enchanted by the beauty the necklace held. It glittered under the sunrise's watch.
Wisp whispered on Willow's ear, "Destiny gave it to me."
          "You met destiny?"
"Yes, Willow. Destiny will meet you too. Keep it until the time is right."
With those words, Wisp handed Willow the necklace. Willow beamed. She loved it. She placed it in a chest and, with Wisp, buried it beside the willow tree.
      -Flashback ended-

Destiny wondered it will work. She hung it around her neck. "Please tell me that there is another path of life and destiny than of a loner," she whispered.
The wind blew harshly against her fur. She waited for minutes are it began to drizzle. No words, answers or even a noise was heard besides the constant drip-drop of the rain.
Destiny immediately grew upset. "This necklace is a fraud! It's nothing more that stories of trickery and hate!" she cried. She, with her claws, cut the strings. The necklace fell beside the dead body of her brother.
"You were never meant to be my brother, monster," Destiny spat and walked off.

P.S. The title was meant to be destiny's charm, NOT Destiny's charm. What a short story. I'm busy, anyway, so, meh.

I'M DONE! DON'T CONTINUE. Greatshot may use some ideas, though. (Like the destiny charm. Ooh...)

  6. The Mouse and the Wolf

Destiny roamed the rocky path. She was looking for food. Maybe even a rat or mouse sounds good. Destiny finally found a mouse and caught it. Leaning in for the kill, the mouse pleaded, "Don't eat me!"
        Destiny stopped. "Why not?"
        "I can save a life."
Destiny scoffed, "Yes, you can save a life, if you let me eat you."
Hearing this, the mouse quickly scampered away, muttering, "Ungrateful beast" loud enough for Destiny to hear.
"If I can get my claws on that mouse..." muttered Destiny angrily, clawing a tree bark.
She walked the path again, finding a plump rabbit to feast on at sun down.

Please don't continue it. Anyone can borrow ideas from this one tale.

    1. Food. Always a problem. Too little left. Wolves of her village often try to find food at far places, knowing there's plenty. With that, Destiny have to be aware of other wolves of her place. Suddenly, a net engulfed her. Destiny was ready to slice the net ropes when a mouse came by.
"I can save your life," squeaked the mouse. "I will just have to nibble-"
Destiny sliced the ropes with her sharpened claws. "I don't need your assistance," spat Destiny.
          "Ungrateful beast," scowled the mouse.
Destiny heard it as well. The mouse was nothing but a show-off.

Don't copy, don't continue, ideas may be borrowed but not entirely.

-Destiny here. If anyone wonder about the mouse, I ate it up. Needs less salt. That mouse must have hypertension and boiling blood. Yuck. Never tasted anything as bad. In short, do not eat mice who likes to say "ungrateful beast".

    2.     Destiny bent down and lapped water up from a nearby river. "Help! Help!" a voice shrieked. Destiny barely looked up, she just kept on drinking. The shouting kept bothering her, so she looked up. A mouse in the river, struggling to stay afloat.
"Help! Any beast! Help!" yelled the mouse.
Destiny recognised the mouse. The mouse saw her, and attempted a short speech. "I told you I'll save your life, but you didn't want me to save yours. Save mine, please! Again!"
Destiny turned away. "The only ungrateful beast is the beast who calls others ungrateful," said Destiny. She walked away, the mouse slowly sinking.
"The only beast ungrateful is the one that calls others of what they themselves are- ungrateful," Destiny said. "You are the ungrateful one. You only want your life. Your fate of life ended. Destiny decided to cut the thread. You are nothing more than dead very soon."
Unexpectedly, she turned and helped the mouse up. The mouse beamed, "Thank you! Thank-"
Destiny ate the mouse up. "No, thank you," she said.

P.S. YES. I like how this story turned out. Shows a bit more of Destiny's true side- the evil side. Yes, she loves destiny by a lot.
Yes, you guessed. This story was kind of based of Aesop's "The Lion and the Mouse", tweaked it and yay! We have "The Wolf and the Mouse"!

Do not continue, it's finished. Ideas may be borrowed, but do not copy the entire thing, like, it's not even mine.

" Our prosecutor Tsovo and Defense Attorney Snowflake are here," the judge announced. Snowflake looked atTsovo who was staring at the sky.
"IT IS OBVIOUS THAT MISTY DIDN'T DO IT!" exclaimed snowflake. Tsovo started frantically shaking his head," It is obvious that they are guilty," he responded.
" TSOVO YOU STUPID!!" the defense attorney snapped back. Tsovo kept looking in the sky, " You are right.."
" WELL I KNOW THAT THEY DIDN'T DO IT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CLAW MARKS ON HIM!!" yelled snowflake
" OBJECTION!" Tsovo yelled," They could have drowned him..."
" He was a turtle though. It was an elder so he could have died of old age!!" Snowflake yelled. The crowd went wild. " NOT GUILTY!!" They yelled
" Misty and the other ppl are free except OPhir because he ugly and also tiggerpaka stay because they ugly so bye!!" said the JUdge.

  8. I am bad at writing Glory's chapters so now I will rite a chapter about Wind-fur her mum.

Wind-fur fell though the portal the creatures that dragged her and 14 other animals dispersed. wind-fur got her bearings and looked around at her tribe. She forgot how and why she made a tribe but they made her leader

"Okay is everyone present?" She asked everyone. After some general chaos she discovered that 5 out of the twenty animals were missing. Obviously they had escaped the shadow creatures.
"What were those things?" A water bender asked.
"They were obviously shadow ladles," replied Wind-fur as she looked around the barren landscape.
"What? Why? How do you know?" The raccoon asked.
"Well they were shadowy and ladles rhyme with shadow, so shadow ladles." Wind fur replied.
At times like these Wind-fur was pretty sure her people wished they had picked someone else to be chief, their fault.
"Okay air benders lift your self up and try to find natural light we don't want to run into any of the people here they seem UN-friendly," Wind-fur commanded as she flew up her self. After a few minutes a rabbit called out and pointed to the right. Wind-fur and the three other air benders dropped down and so the group walked toward what they hopped was a safe way out of this dark land.

A few minutes later Wind-Fur asked
"Anyone know minimal fire bending techniques?"
Silence. Wind-fur cursed under her breath the only two animals that could make a small flame were outside the portal. So they continued on after a few hours they stopped for water. The few kits and younger animals were to tired to continue so they had to ride on the backs of the larger animals. Finally after what seemed like days of walking and stopping for so little time they finally saw light. Everyone was giddy they could finally rest they just needed to pass though to the light but then from behind them they heard growls. They turned and behind them there were shadow ladles probably triple the about of the group of animals. They would not be able to make it to the light with out being attacked.

I don't give permission for anyone else to continue this chapter.
